13. Tenancy Matters - There are additional terms of use that apply for the Tenancy Matters service on this website.
This is a service agreement between Tenancy Matters Pty Ltd and you. This agreement is to be read and agreed in conjunction to the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Matters Pty Ltd website.
The client must provide copies, either in hard or soft copy, of all relevant documentation (eg. lease agreement, car parking licence, etc) to allow Tenancy Matters Pty Ltd to review and load the information onto the system. This service agreement is not void by the tenant not providing the required information.
The term of agreement for Tenancy Matters Pty Ltd is a continuing authority.
Payment is on a monthly basis. Should payment not be made within 7 days of being due Tenancy Matters Pty Ltd reserves the right to fully suspend access to the system until payment has been made.
Tenancy Matters Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices of all products or subscriptions, including monthly subscription fees, at any time by providing one month notice.
All transactions are final. Since we offer non-tangible products which are delivered via digital download, we do not issue refunds after a purchase is made. If there is a problem with one of our products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will use our best endeavors to fix the problem.
The material derived from you is believed to be accurate and current as at the date of publication on the website. Once the information is placed on the system you will review the information and confirm it is correct to the best of your ability. - Monitor of critical dates including lease options, rent reviews, lease end, contract expiry, maintenance items and notify the client when critical dates are approaching
- Outgoings review
- Notice to the landlords of tenant works to obtain consent
- Make good negotiations and assistance
- Review of rent increases
- Store soft copies of all lease and associated documents provided by you
- Store soft copies of plans and photos where provided
- Phone, and where practical personal support of between 10 and 20 hours based on the level of service
2. Tenancy Matters Fee – The fee will be outlined in the proposal and authority provided to you and is subject to change over time.
